Looking for land in the North West?
Tell us what you are looking for: location, size, intended use, budget and timing. We can discuss the planning evidence and site constraints that matter before an acquisition decision.
This is an initial enquiry service, not an instruction to act as an estate agent or introduce properties. Any regulated sourcing or negotiation service will require the appropriate registrations, disclosures and written terms before work starts.
| SME developers | Infill, brownfield and smaller development sites |

Start with evidence

What happens after an enquiry?
We will review your high-level requirements and discuss whether a site assessment or other advice could help. Enquiring does not commit either party to a search, a purchase or a fee.
Property sourcing, buyer–seller introductions and negotiation may constitute estate agency work. UPS will only accept those instructions once applicable HMRC anti-money-laundering supervision, redress membership where required, conflict disclosures and written engagement terms are in place. You should use your own solicitor for legal title and purchase advice.
