What is not included

This is an early desktop screening service. It is not planning permission, a formal council pre-application response, a measured boundary survey, legal title certification, a valuation or viability appraisal, an environmental or ecological survey, or a guarantee of development potential. Specialist investigations and local-authority fees are quoted separately if needed.

If you order as a consumer at a distance or away from our premises, you will usually have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to statutory exceptions. We explain cancellation rights, any charges if you request an early start, and provide a model cancellation form with your written order terms before you commit. See the FAQ and our terms of business. Every order is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Request a scoped quotation

Tell us about the site. We confirm the scope, any extra records needed, the delivery date and the terms before any work starts.

Only include details about other people, such as a landowner, if you are entitled to share them. Do not upload or paste identity documents, bank details or other sensitive records into this enquiry form. Sending it asks for a reply or quotation; it does not place an order or commit you to anything.
