What we collect
- From you: what you type into our forms (name, organisation, email, phone, site details, whether you are a business or an individual, your message and your choices on the form), and anything you send us later by email, phone or post.
- When you submit a form: Netlify also records technical submission details such as the IP address, browser user-agent and referring page. We use these only to handle enquiries, identify abuse and troubleshoot delivery.
- About landowners and other people connected with a site: names and addresses shown on public records such as the HM Land Registry register and planning applications, and anything a client tells us about them.
- Records of our work: orders, reports, invoices and correspondence.
